"Born on December 30, 1969 in the city of Lviv, Ukrainian SSR.
In June 2014, he moved to Russia. He accompanied his ministry in Russia by criticizing the Ukrainian Orthodox Church as an administrative structure.
After leaving Ukraine, which he called “the barracks of rioters”, Father Andrey gave a general description of the everything he left behind, the state and the spiritual state of its citizens.
